Bassam Saliba Managing Director - R&D Bassam Saliba is a veteran of Microsoft and has over 17 years experience in the design and development of large-scale, complex, mission-critical systems. Most recently Bassam was the VP of Engineering for Scalix Corporation. Previously, Bassam was the co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Fidesic, where he pioneered an electronic invoice presentment and payments (EIPP) platform. While at Microsoft, Bassam was the Group Manager for TransPoint, a technology venture between Microsoft, Citibank, and First Data Corporation. Bassam has 14 patents filed - 6 issued, and brings extensive experience in business and technology, including strategy, architecture, design, development, and project management. Bassam holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Colorado at Boulder, a M.S. in Software Engineering from Seattle University, and has completed the EPGC program at Stanford University.
	Saed Nashef Managing Director - Technology Saed brings 14 years experience in the software and hi-tech industry, with track record of shipping over 11 commercial software applications. He provides key know-how in planning and architecture, as well as technical leadership in implementation of large scale engagements. Prior to founding Equiom, Saed lead the design and development of the core payment platform infrastructure at Fidesic. Before that Saed spent 6 years at Microsoft in various leadership roles in the development organization. Most notable was his involvement in early thinking around Service Oriented Architecture (SOA). Saed studied computer science at University of California in Long Beach.
	John Yii Managing Director - Operations & Security John Yii spent over 10 years at Microsoft where he managed projects for Windows XP, MSN Money Central, Microsoft Passport, and the MSN Data warehouse and advertising engines. John also served as the Director of Operations and Group Program Manager for Fidesic Corporation where he led the design, development, and deployment of the its flagship electronic invoice presentment and payment (EIPP) service for businesses. John holds a Bachelor of Mathematics in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo. He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and a Project Management Professional (PMP).
	Grace Dascoli Director of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition Grace Dascoli brings 13 years of progressive experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. Most recently she has worked to develop and integrate global recruitment strategies in her work as a consultant, with a focus in the technical and scientific arenas. Her work has included many local Boulder companies such as McKesson, Amgen and IBM and nationally with Perot Systems and Stanford University Hospitals. In her current position she serves as Equiom’s onsite Director of Human Resources for Microsoft’s Virtual Earth Division. She holds BA in Psychology from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a concentration in Industrial Psychology.
